How to Exercise Your Rights

1. Right of Access (Article 15 GDPR)

You have the right to obtain confirmation that we process your data and to access that data.

What you can request:

  • What data we hold about you
  • The purposes of processing
  • The categories of data collected
  • The recipients of your data
  • The retention period

2. Right to Rectification (Article 16 GDPR)

You can request the correction of your inaccurate or incomplete data.

How to proceed:

  • Modify your information directly in your settings
  • Contact us for non-editable data

3. Right to Erasure - "Right to be Forgotten" (Article 17 GDPR)

You can request the deletion of your personal data in certain cases.

⚠️ Warning

Deleting your account results in the permanent loss of all your data. This action is irreversible.

What will be deleted:

  • Your user account
  • All your tracking data (addictions, sports, progressions)
  • Your statistics and preferences
  • Your personal information

Timeline: Immediate deletion + 30-day backup (then permanent deletion)

4. Right to Data Portability (Article 20 GDPR)

Retrieve your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (JSON).

Exportable data:

  • User profile
  • Addiction history
  • Sports sessions and exercises
  • Personal progressions
  • Statistics and aggregated data

5. Right to Object (Article 21 GDPR)

You can object to certain processing of your data, particularly:

  • Marketing and commercial communications
  • Profiling and behavioral analysis
  • Sharing with third-party partners (if applicable)

Manage your communication preferences in your settings.

6. Right to Restriction (Article 18 GDPR)

You can request restriction of processing in the following cases:

  • You contest the accuracy of your data
  • Processing is unlawful but you do not wish for erasure
  • You have objected to processing (pending verification)

7. Right to Withdraw Consent

If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Important: Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.

Information to Provide

To process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your account email address
  • The type of right you wish to exercise
  • A copy of an identity document (if necessary for verification)

Response Time

In accordance with Article 12.3 of the GDPR, we commit to responding to your request within 1 month maximum from its receipt.

This period may be extended by 2 additional months if the request is complex. In this case, we will inform you within one month of receiving your request.
