Getting Started

How do I create my first habit?

Navigate to the Habits section from your dashboard, click "Add Habit", give it a name, and choose how often you want to track it. You can start logging your progress immediately!

Can I track workouts and habits at the same time?

Absolutely! Guthly is designed to handle multiple tracking types simultaneously. You can track habits, log workouts, and monitor various goals all in one place.

Is there a mobile app?

Currently, Guthly is a web application optimized for mobile browsers. A native mobile app is on our roadmap for future development.

Account & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Guthly within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate your account. After 90 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

How is my data protected?

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data transmission and secure cloud storage. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Do you sell my personal data?

Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your privacy is our priority.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export all your data at any time from your account settings. We provide exports in CSV and JSON formats.

Is Guthly GDPR compliant?

Yes, Guthly is fully compliant with GDPR and other privacy regulations. You have full control over your data and can request deletion at any time.

Features

How do habit streaks work?

A streak is maintained when you complete your habit consistently according to its frequency. For daily habits, you need to log it every day. For weekly habits, you need to meet your weekly goal.

Can I track multiple workouts per day?

Yes, you can log as many workout sessions as you want in a single day. Each workout is tracked separately with its own exercises and metrics.

What analytics are available?

Guthly provides various analytics including completion rates, streak tracking, progress charts, workout volume tracking, and personalized insights based on your data.

Can I share my progress with friends?

Social sharing features are currently in development. For now, you can export your data and share it manually.

Guthly works best on modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Why isn't my data syncing?

First, check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. Contact support if the problem continues.
