How to Connect
Link your calendar in just a few taps.
Open Guthly Settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations and find Google Calendar in the Productivity category.
Sign In with Google
Tap "Connect" and sign in to your Google account. Grant Guthly read and write access to your calendar.
Choose Calendars
Select which Google Calendars to show in Guthly, and choose or create a dedicated Guthly calendar for your habits and workouts.
Set Your Preferences
Configure default event durations, reminder timing, and whether to show Guthly events as "busy" or "free" on your calendar.

Use a Dedicated Guthly Calendar
Create a separate "Guthly" calendar in Google Calendar. This lets you toggle Guthly events on and off without affecting your other calendars.

Configure accurate time blocks for each habit and workout. This helps Guthly's scheduler find real gaps in your day instead of overlapping with other events.
Mark Workouts as Busy
In the integration settings, set workout blocks to show as "busy." This prevents colleagues from booking over your gym time.
